  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Email or SMS (where applicable).

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities: 4–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery Attempts

Damaged or Lost Shipment

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and record an unboxing video before opening the product. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

If a shipment is lost during transit, we will coordinate with our logistics partner to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
